  • Grief Share: 12-week workshop & support group for individuals & families who are grieving the death of someone close to them. (contact: eturner@harvesterchristian.org)
  • FOOTPRINTS  at SSM Cardinal Glennon Hospital: Designed to assist families who have lost a child. Offers assistance in talking to siblings, follow-up contact through calls or visits, grief literature, and support group information.
  • Bereaved Parents of the USA: Self-help organization offering friendship and understanding to bereaved parents, families, and friends experiencing the death of a child.
  • Mercy- New Grief Support Group (kids, teens. & Family Groups)- Healing Hearts (contact: Kelsey.mitchell@mercy.net)

  • Parents of Murdered Children: POMC Chapters hold monthly meetings, provide support, advocacy, and court accompaniment. 1-888-818-POMC. St. Louis Chapter: Mata Weber – 618-972-0429 
  • SSM DePaul Health Center Grief and Loss Program: Teamed with AARP (Maryland Heights Chapter), they have formed a grief and loss program in which trained volunteers are available to meet 1 on 1 with individuals who are grieving due to the loss of a loved one.
